Time Period: 1930 - 2010


After Mr. Gorman took an accounting exam at City College he got an appointment to work for the government. He didn't know he was keeping records for the Manhattan project, recording information on the materials going into the atomic bomb. He got notice to go to into the army service in 1942, but was told he would stay. He later found out this was because of his job and the top secret information he was working with.
