A small sailboat is seen on the water in front of what is tentatively identified as the dock of the Boyer Freight Line, on the east side of the Flushing Creek, at the Flushing Creek Bridge. The vertical structure to the left is a pile driver marked "No. 4 / P.J. [Mara? Mana?] / Flushing".
