The A. Noble Chapman Photographs consist of images made by Chapman in his capacity as a professional photographer. These include views of churches, homes and businesses in Patchogue, Long Island and the surrounding villages, as well as individual and group portraits. Chapman and his older brother William operated a photography studio in Patchogue from about 1905 until about 1920.
